IVAP - Practical Final Exam Video List

This worksheet is a required portion of the IVAP program. Please complete once you've finished the module material. You will receive a copy of your answers once you click "Submit" at the bottom of the page.

Instructions

Select eight video assignments from the list below to complete and upload to IVAP’s Assignment Submission course from the options below. These video assignments highlight essential skills from the IVAP program.

*Each video should be between one and three minutes long.

*Videos may be posted before or after you take your final exam, but they must be submitted to pass the IVAP program.

If other people are in your video, please obtain their consent before submission. If needed, you can use a consenting client or staff member or play both roles. You may do your videos in the clinic or at home.

NOTE: You may upload audio files or written scripts instead of video assignments (these will be submitted in the same place you would submit your videos). If you choose to upload a video, the person recording MUST state their name in the recording.
