Please list any and all roles your CSRs are able to perform that are considered cross-trained with other departments within your hospital.

Are there any specific questions your hospital does not allow CSRs to answer over the phone without first discussing them with a medical team member? Medication, surgical, symptoms, etc.?

What is your hospital's protocol for attempting to recover a client?

How do you measure client satisfaction? How can your CSR participate in that measure?

What is your hospital's ideal time for your CSRs to be on the phone with a client to schedule an appointment?
