Please list all roles your CSRs are able to perform that are considered cross-trained with other departments within your hospital.

Are there any specific questions your hospital does not allow CSRs to answer over the phone without first discussing them with a medical team member? Medication, surgical, symptoms, etc.?

Does your hospital have a referral coordinator with whom the CSR would work closely? What will the CSRs role be with the coordinator?

Is there any information you would like the Virtual Hospital Champion to know while working with your CSR about their work style, strengths, weaknesses or your hospital specifically?

Does your hospital have a downtime checklist or tasks to be performed? If so, would you be open to sharing that and allowing the Virtual Hospital Champion (VHC) to walk through it with your CSR? If not, would you be open to allowing the VHC to create one with your CSR?

What is the cost of keeping an employee at your hospital? Think about uniform allowance, salary, CE allowance, any additional fees spent.
